Wording questions

What should a Sold sticker say?

Most agents use "Sold", "Just Sold" or "Sold by" with their name. To stand out, add how it sold, such as "Sold prior to auction", "Sold at first open" or "Sold in 7 days", as long as it is true for that property.

What's the difference between Under Offer and Under Contract?

Agents usually use "Under Offer" when an offer has been accepted but contracts aren't signed yet, and "Under Contract" once contracts are signed and the sale is waiting to settle. Terms vary between states and agencies, so follow your agency's practice.

Can I put my name and photo on a sticker?

Yes. "Sold by" and "Leased by" stickers can include your name, photo and phone number. Add your details when you order Custom Stickers and we set them up free on our template.

Can I order any wording?

Yes. Custom Stickers can carry any wording in your agency's colours. Template design is free with up to 3 rounds of changes, and your proof arrives within 1 business day.

Can I see the wording on a photo first?

Yes. Use the free Just Sold photo maker to add any wording to a listing photo in your browser, then download it for social media.

What size should the sticker be?

It depends on your board and how much text you need. Longer wordings need a wider sticker. Compare sizes on your own board in our size guide, or contact us for help.
