Re-sticker or reprint? Updating a real estate signboard for less
Share
The short answer: if the board itself is in good shape, a sticker is the cheaper way to update it. A Sold, Leased or Under Contract sticker from Real Stickers starts at $6, while a new printed coreflute sign works out at $25 or more per sign. Reprint when the board is faded, damaged or carries old branding.
What each option costs
- Ready-made stickers: generic Sold, Leased and Under Contract rectangle stickers from $6 for 600 × 200 mm, up to $18 for 1200 × 400 mm.
- Custom stickers with your wording and branding: from $6 to $49.50 depending on size, with free template design.
- New coreflute signs: $250 for a pack of 10 at 600 × 900 or 900 × 600 mm ($25 per sign), or $350 for 10 at 900 × 1200 mm ($35 per sign).
Prices are current Real Stickers prices at the time of writing; each product page shows today's price.
When a sticker makes sense
- The board is clean, flat and not faded.
- Only the status is changing: For Sale to Under Contract to Sold, or For Lease to Leased.
- You want to add a line, such as "Sold by" with your name, "Sold prior to auction", or a QR code.
Our stickers use a removable adhesive, so a Sold sticker can come off and the board can go back out for the next listing. Some adhesive may be left behind, depending on how the sticker was applied and how much sun it has had.
When to reprint
- The board is faded, scratched or warped.
- Your agency branding, colours or contact details have changed.
- You need a different size or shape of board.
